Where possible, users can bypass the problem by utilizing a different client to search for their email, such as the Outlook desktop app. Some users have reported that the roaming signatures feature is missing in Outlook on the web. Current status: We've determined that the root cause of impact was a recent configuration update to Outlook on the web that wasn't applied to some users Outlook on the web client. We've started a new update to refresh and push the new configuration change to impacted users. We anticipate this refresh will be complete by the time of our next scheduled communications update.
